Cheerio, it’s me again!
You know, “The Boy.” In a short time, though, I’ll be attempting to earn a new, somewhat more meaningful title. [insert joke here]
I’ve had a long reprieve from StyHand, but hopefully my resurrection will accordingly bring some good news to prove that my long absence has not been in vain. After much wandering, discussion, soul-searching, and other yuppie expressions for “thinking,” the decision has been made. Or, perhaps more precisely, The Question has been asked … er, about to be asked.
For those of you with slow brain functioning on this lazy Saturday, that means: in a matter of minutes, I’ll be asking EP to marry me! Yes, yes, I know it’s exciting, and no, no, you can’t call, email, blog, tweet, text, or otherwise contact her for at least the next 24 hours. Why? Because I’ve sequestered her iPhone, silly – that way, she won’t get a preemptive “OMG congrats on getting hitched!!! I knew he would ask soon, have you set a date yet!?!?” message right before I get around to popping the damn question.
Ah, well, enough with preliminaries – it’s time for the fireworks! Tally-ho!
UPDATE: She said YES!!!
EP's rock

I'm E.P. I have stylish handwriting. I enjoy a nice cappuccino in the morning. And I am fascinated with capturing life as it is.

I can't even imagine how happy you must be =D
Thanks so much, Kyla! I'm still deliriously happy about the events of the past week. I never imagined this would be the way I would start my 25th year, and I love it.
This is SO cute!
Congratulations!!!
niiiice.
Omg congrats!! Your ring is gorgeous!!! (Ugh, and this will teach me to abandon my Google Reader for a week!)
Aww, thanks, Jordan!
Thank you so much!
(: Didn't he do a great job?
Thank you so much! And it's totally OK. My Reader has been OOC for the past few weeks, and I'm sure I have missed some news, too.
yes. risky putting it on here tho, i like his style.
True. I knew it would happen eventually. I just had NO idea he would propose
then. I didn't think he had spoken to anyone in my family because nobody
mentioned it to me. Turns out, he spoke to them in May, and they kept their
mouths shut!
