Grace in Small Things, 13/365

by E.P. on May 7, 2009

It’s been another long week, but it’s officially my weekend. And I don’t have nearly as many complaints as I did at this time last week.

Things I’m loving right now:

  1. The boy comes in town tomorrow!
  2. Work ordered me a new camera (because one of mine is dying), and it came in yesterday!
  3. It’s my weekend!
  4. I’m loving my neighbors, especially the college girl who moved in downstairs. We share a first name, and we chatted for 30 minutes about random stuff as our dogs played.
  5. The new Sookie Stackhouse book I plan on starting/finishing tonight after reading blogs — I seriously cannot wait!

I haven't noticed any dramatic changes yet, but I've only been doing the Shred for 3 days. (I am so proud of myself - I woke up EARLY this morning to do the Shred before getting ready to go to work!!).

Have you changed your diet during the Shred workout?

I hope you and the boy are having a great weekend! I love all the blog changes again too. SO creative.
  • All good things! And I love how the small things often amount to big ones.
  • Have fun with the boy this weekend!
  • Yay for the boy! Hope you have the best weekend!
  • You'll never make it through that book this weekend. Cuz ... THE BOY WILL BE IN TOWN. I'm pretty sure if I were you, my grace in small things would be all about THE BOY WILL BE IN TOWN! hahaha. Have a great weekend!
  • Hope you have a great weekend with the boy!
  • Umm...I've never head of this Sookie book!

I just had to tell you this....yesterday I had some of my pictures developed that I have taken over the years with my DSLR and they turned out amazing! I hate to admit it, but I've had the camera for gosh two years now and these are the first pics I've actually I had developed! I really was shocked at how good they are thanks to the camera! I will definitely be going through the hundreds of pics I've taken and finally get them developed! What types of lenses do you recommend? I really want to get another lense.

Have a fun wknd with the boy!
  • Yay for time with the boy!
  • Ok, #1 HOT.
#2 - Awesome! It's always a good thing when your job takes care of you!
    #3 - WEEKENDS FTW! :)
#4 - Having great neighbors is crucial! Glad to hear she's cool! Is she a blogger? :)
#5 - Bring the first couple to Vegas! I can't wait to lose myself in the awesomeness!
  • Hehe no spoilers until I'm done! :) Hopefully I will get mine tomorrow. Trying to decide if it would be productive to sit by the mailbox and wait for the mailman... but I might attack him so it's likely not a good plan!
